With over 15 years of experience in professional sports, entrepreneurship, and cultivating winning cultures, Curtis Walls embodies a dynamic blend of expertise and passion for performance.

A former professional athlete in both football and NASCAR, Curtis has excelled as a Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Performance Coach, guiding elite athletes and teams to achieve peak performance on the highest stages of competition.

As the founder and proud owner of You Vs Yourself (YVY) in Charlotte's uptown, Curtis has built a reputation for excellence. Under his leadership, YVY was recognized as "Charlotte's Best" by the Charlotte Observer in both 2023 and 2024.

Beyond his work in the gym, Curtis and his team extend their expertise to the broader community. They have privately consulted with corporations, facilitated team-building workshops, and worked with high school sports teams, specialized camps, and more. Their tailored approach empowers individuals and organizations to elevate performance, foster collaboration, and achieve their goals.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Curtis is a devoted father to his two children, Curtis Jr. and Zara, who inspire his commitment to excellence in all areas of life.
